Please welcome Simon Birkett of Staffordshire University to the Core Team! In addition to assisting the Core Team with its FLEXspace leadership duties, Simon will be able to contribute particularly toward he
lping FLEXspace meet the needs of our U.K. constituents, and advise on the best means of communicating and getting the word out about FLEXspace to our peers there. Some of you may have met Simon when he previously attended the CCUMC conference when he was Chair of SCHOMS, the U.K.’s sister organization to CCUMC.
Simon has also agreed to do a 40 minute presentation on FLEXspace at InfoComm’s technology manager education program at Infocomm’s massive ISE trade show in Amsterdam in February. The attendees at that event are expected to be similar to the group that attended the FLEXspace presentation that Lisa, Joe, and Brad did at InfoComm in Orlando back in June.
