This design will normally display the selected source on both projectors. Pressing the doc cam icon will display the document camera on left projector with the selected source on right projector. It is not a full matrix video switcher.

The Smart Classroom system accommodates a wide variety of teaching pedagogies. Through the convenient interface, faculty can choose between connecting their own technology or simply using one of the many technologies provided. This classrooms contains a video/data projector, built-in Windows and Mac computers, laptop connectivity (both HDMI and VGA), a Blu-ray player and document camera. Height adjustable Steelcase Airtouch table is located next to the instructor podium that provides ADA compliance and a whiteboard surface to which the document camera points. Primarily for instructional use.

School of Management Recitation (Active Learning) Classrooms

At Nueva, learning is open-ended. It doesn't happen in neatly segmented subject areas or only in the classroom. Instead, "for us it happens everywhere, when you plan it and don't plan it," says Lee. "It happens organically," and students help drive the direction and location of the learning. The openness encourages connection, as students and teachers overhear and add to conversations relevant to their interests. Students can also choose to meet with teachers in more informal spaces, which improves the quality of their connection with faculty.
