Paris 8 University Library

This space was installed in 2014 as the first step of a whole library renovation plan. Its primary purpose is to be used as one of Ile-de-France Digital University's Faculty Development Center. Thereby, it intends to foster new teaching practices from the attendees especially through its collaborative features . Fixed collaborative tables are equipped with shareable screens, themselves shareable all across the room through a video network system.

Kohlberg Hall

Flexible, versatile space used for teaching and learning primarily dedicated to supporting Modern Languages and Literatures and Film and Media Studies, but available to the campus. Space is co-located with the Modern Languages Department and Classrooms often used by the Department. Kohlberg Hall also houses the Film and Media Studies Department. Thought Starter

The furniture is tiered, not the floor. Break out areas for small group discussions. Support for technology, but not embedded into the furniture. Mobile furniture to support various needs of the faculty and students within the space. Stimulating colors and natural light to stimulate creativity.

Tillett Hall

Classroom consist of six tables of nine student. Tables have three nuts so that the nine students can be broken up into groups of three. Each table has its own 49" monitor. Room also has two HD data projectors. Instructor can choose displays to go ti any or all monitors, projectors, or a combination of both. Can have four different sources on display at any time. Can select group table and distribute to any/all displays.
