Kennedy Hall

Chapman University is a private urban university in Southern California. The Orange campus is completely within the city of Orange and a includes several buildings recorded in the National Register of Historic Places. Donald P. Kennedy Hall of the Dale E. Fowler School of Law has a decorative entrance built in 1914 which was modeled on a 4th Century Northern Italian Church. Kennedy Hall was built to incorporate this original façade and is itself is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The Wylie A. Aitkin Courtroom was completely rebuilt in 2018 and includes the latest audiovisual technology. The Judge, the Court Clerk, and both Counsel tables can control what appears on screens throughout the room. Multiple screens can show evidence and documents in the Jury box. Observers in the Gallery can see materials projected on the wall from three projectors. The Counsel tables include Document Cameras and Cynap wireless presentations system for use by the attorneys.
