Steps to add a photo to your user account

  1. Click on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner
  2. From your user dashboard. Click the “Edit” tab
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the edit page. There is a section labeled “Picture.” 
    1. Click the “Add Media” button
    2. In the media library popup, select the option to upload your image.
  4. Click the “save” button.

Steps to add or edit Spaces

  1. Click the down arrow next to the “Add Content” button
  2. Select Spaces
  3. Click the “Begin” button. Please note every time you would like to update your space, this page will be shown.
  4. The space is seven sections. The section menu is on the right-hand side. 
    1. Three fields are required before you can save the space or add a collaborator.: Title, Space name, Feature image. 
  5. Once the space is saved, you can add a collaborator by clicking the plus icon next to “Add Collaborators.” 
  6. You and your collaborators can continue to fill in the remaining fields. The more information you can provide, the better the user experience when viewing your space.

Steps to add or edit Idea Boards

  1. Click the down arrow next to the “Add Content” button.
  2. Select Idea Boards
  3. Add:
    1. Idea Board title
    2. Select Idea Board type by clicking the dropdown arrow.
    3. Add your institution
    4. The explanation for your Idea Board can be in the “Long Description” text box. 
    5. Add your logo 
    6. Add Teaser Image: This will be shown on the Explore Collection page.
    7. Add Spaces and Toolkits, also known as Resources. To do this, start typing the name of the space into the toolkit. You can find the name on the Explore Collect page.
  4. Click the save button.

Steps to add or edit Resources

  1. Click the down arrow next to the “Add Content” button.
  2. Select Resources
  3. Add:
    1. Resource title
    2. Description
    3. Images
    4. Select tags; if you would like to add multiple tags, hold down the control (PC) and command (Mac) key when selecting 
    5. Add Teaser Image: This will be shown on the Explore Collection page.
    6. Select the Tool Type
    7. Upload resources
    8. Add Spaces and Toolkits, also known as Resources. To do this, start typing the name of the space into the toolkit. You can find the name on the Explore Collect page.
  4. Click the save button.
